This policy explains how Naska-IT handles personal data in connection with this website (naska-it.com). It covers the website only. Our individual products have their own privacy policies, linked from each product.

In short: this is a simple informational website. We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies, we don’t run analytics that profile you, and we only ever see your personal data if you choose to email us.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

When you email us: your email address, name (if you provide it), and the contents of your message — so we can reply and, if relevant, discuss a project.
Theme preference: your light/dark choice is stored in your browser’s localStorage on your device. It never leaves your browser and is not personal data we receive.
Server logs: our hosting provider may automatically log technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not use these to identify or profile visitors.

3. Cookies & tracking

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not embed third-party analytics or ad networks. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts to render the site’s typography; this involves a request to Google’s servers that includes your IP address.

4. Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical request data as our hosting and security provider on our behalf.

5. Legal basis & how we use data

We use the limited data above to operate and secure the site and to respond to your enquiries. Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are our legitimate interest in running a secure website and in answering enquiries, and — for any correspondence you start — steps taken at your request prior to a possible contract.

6. Sharing & retention

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site (such as our hosting and email providers), and where required by law. We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and for our legitimate business records, then delete them.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email dev@naska-it.com.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
