Terms of use

These terms cover the Haulwise Android app (com.naskait.haulwise), published by Naska-IT. By signing in or otherwise using the app you accept them. Last updated 25 September 2026.

Accuracy & scope of information

Haulwise is an informational tool. It reads your own Temu account data on your device and shows a summarized, derived view of your spending, credits, and possible refunds.

Source of truth. All underlying order and account data originates from Temu. Temu's own app and website are the authoritative source. Figures in Haulwise may differ from Temu's for reasons including rounding, timing, incomplete or changed data, and how promotions, credits, or coupons are allocated. Amounts shown are best-effort estimates and may vary (+/-) from actual values.

Verify before acting. Always confirm details in the Temu app before relying on them — for example, before requesting a price-adjustment refund or return. Haulwise does not submit refund requests or take any action on your Temu account.

Unsupported features. Haulwise does not support every Temu feature or promotion, and support varies by region. Examples of things it may not reflect include cashback and region-specific promotions. This list is not exhaustive; unsupported items may be omitted from calculations.

No professional advice. Haulwise does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naska-IT is not liable for any loss or decision arising from reliance on figures shown in Haulwise. You are responsible for verifying information with Temu before acting on it.

Your Temu account

Haulwise works with your own Temu account, which you sign in to on Temu's own page. Use it only with an account that is yours, and keep to Temu's own terms when you do. Haulwise reads Temu's website as it is today; Temu can change its site, ask for security checks or limit access at any time, and when it does, parts of the app may stop working until we update it. We cannot promise that every feature will always be available.

Free and Pro

The free features of Haulwise cost nothing. Haulwise Pro is a one-time purchase through Google Play — not a subscription — that unlocks the Pro features in the Android app. Payment, receipts and refunds are handled by Google Play under Google Play's own terms and refund policies. We work to keep what Pro offers working as Temu changes, but some features depend on what Temu's website makes available. None of this affects the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

Using the app

You may use Haulwise on your own devices to understand your own purchases, including goods you buy to resell. Do not use it to access Temu accounts that are not yours, and do not copy, modify or redistribute the app except where the law allows it.

Your data

Haulwise keeps your data on your phone, and we receive none of it — see the privacy policy. Because it lives only on your phone, it is gone if you delete it, clear the app's storage or uninstall the app; the Temu part can be downloaded again by signing in.

Translations

The app and these terms may be shown in other languages. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version appears at this address with a new date above. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply from then on.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. If you use Haulwise as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in.
