Your Temu data stays on your phone.
Nothing is sent to us.
This policy covers the Haulwise Android app
(com.naskait.haulwise), published by Naska-IT. Last updated
1 October 2026.
Haulwise reads your own order history from your own Temu session, works out the numbers on your phone, and keeps them in the app's private storage. We run no server, so nothing about you reaches us: no account with us, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reports, no tracking of any kind. The app contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting code at all.
Who we are
Naska-IT — DRAGAN JOVANOVIĆ PR RAČUNARSKO PROGRAMIRANJE NASKA-IT GORNJI STRIŽEVAC, Ćirinci 60, Gornji Striževac, 18330 Babušnica, Serbia. Contact: dev@naska-it.com. Full company details are on our imprint page.
What we collect: nothing
We receive no personal data from Haulwise. There is no Haulwise account and no sign-up; the only account involved is your own Temu account. Everything the app reads and works out stays on your phone, and none of it is sent to us or to anyone else. This is why the app's Google Play listing says No data collected and No data shared.
How Haulwise reads your data
You sign in on Temu's own sign-in page, shown inside the app — the same page you would see on temu.com, including its Google, Apple or email options. Haulwise never sees your password: you type it into Temu's page, and Temu creates a session for the app's built-in browser, just as it would for a web browser. If your phone's password manager (for example Google Password Manager) offers to fill Temu's form, that is a service of your phone; the app's own code never reads what is typed or filled into Temu's pages.
With that session, the app asks Temu for the same pages and data Temu's website shows you when you are signed in:
- your order list, and each order's details and payment breakdown (prices, coupons and promotions, credit used, import charges, refunds and returns);
- your Temu credit history and balance;
- your Temu nickname and profile picture, to show whose data you are looking at;
- price-adjustment offers Temu calculates on its own claim page.
Temu receives these requests the way it receives your visits to its website, and Temu's privacy policy applies to what Temu does with them. When one of Temu's own pages is open inside the app — sign-in, a security check, a price-adjustment claim — it is Temu's page, running Temu's own code, exactly as in a browser. Haulwise never submits anything on your Temu account: a claim or a return is something you send yourself, on Temu's page.
What stays on your phone
Kept in the app's private storage, readable by no other app:
- Your synced Temu data
- The orders, order details, credit history and account details listed above, and the totals worked out from them.
- An account fingerprint
- To keep two Temu accounts on one phone apart, the app takes Temu's account identifier from the session and keeps only a one-way fingerprint of it (a hash) — the identifier itself is not stored.
- Your settings
- Such as the plan, how costs are counted, and whether amounts are hidden.
- A short sync log
- How many requests recent syncs made and how long they took — numbers and times only. The app uses it to keep syncing light.
- Temu's session
- The cookies and site data Temu sets in the app's built-in browser, as any website does in a browser. They are what keeps you signed in.
Signing out, and more than one account
Sign out removes Temu's session from the app. Your synced data stays on the phone, so signing back in is quick — unless you tick Also delete the synced data from this phone, which deletes it too. If a different Temu account signs in, the previous account's data is set aside on the phone (not shown, not deleted) and comes back when that account signs in again; the account menu lists it under Also on this phone, with a button to delete it.
Backup and new phones
Your Temu data is never included in Android's backup, nor in a transfer to a new phone — not your orders, not your credit history, not your settings, and not Temu's session. On a new phone you sign in again and the app downloads it from Temu. The app's backup rules allow one thing only: what you enter in reseller mode (a Pro feature) — such as the units you hold, your own asking prices, and what you sold, where and for how much — which Temu cannot give back. That is kept to Temu order and item numbers plus your own entries, and the start of a product's name where its sizes or colours are grouped together; it holds no prices from Temu and no order history. It goes to your own Google account backup only when the backup is end-to-end encrypted (your phone has a screen lock), or directly to your new phone, and it never reaches us. If you never use reseller mode, nothing is backed up at all.
Deleting everything
Sign out with Also delete the synced data from this phone ticked; or Settings → Apps → Haulwise → Storage → Clear storage; or uninstall the app. Because none of your data ever reaches us, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.
Where the app connects
- Temu — temu.com and Temu's own image servers (item pictures, your profile picture).
- Your sign-in provider, only if you choose Google, Apple or another option on Temu's sign-in page.
- Google Play — installing and updating the app, and the Pro purchase.
Nothing else. The app's own screens never load anything from any other address.
Permissions
- Internet
- To reach Temu with your session, as described above.
- Billing
- To offer the one-time Pro unlock through Google Play. See below.
That is all: no location, contacts, camera, photos, files, microphone or notifications. Apart from Android itself, the only outside code the app includes is Google's Play Billing Library, which handles the Pro purchase.
Purchases
Haulwise Pro is a one-time purchase, handled entirely by Google Play. The app never sees or stores your payment details, and it asks Google Play on your phone — not a server of ours — whether you own Pro. What Google collects in order to take a payment is covered by Google's privacy policy; what reaches us is Google Play's sales reporting.
Children
Haulwise is for people who have their own Temu account. It is not directed to children and is not designed for or marketed to them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over personal data a company holds about you. We hold none from this app, so there is nothing for us to produce or erase — the data described above lives on your own phone and under your control. If you believe otherwise, or want to ask about any of this, write to dev@naska-it.com and we will answer.
Our website privacy policy covers naska-it.com itself, which is a separate matter from the app.
Not affiliated with Temu
Haulwise is an independent app by Naska-IT. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Temu or PDD Holdings. Temu is a trademark of its respective owner.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears at this address with a new date above. A change that meant the app started sending anything to us or to anyone else would also change the app's Google Play data-safety section, which you can read before installing or updating.
